Shakespeare Galaxy® Style 5228 8' Heavy-duty Extension Mast- Reduced length version

Constructed of high-quality Shakespeare white fiberglass, and finished to match Galaxy antennas. This 1-1/2" diameter extension mast can be used to increase height of an antenna and thus improve effective range, or to boost placement of an antenna above on-board obstructions.

IMPORTANT! If the combined length of your antenna and all extensions is more than 8', you MUST use an upper support bracket

• Stainless steel upper and lower ferrules with standard 1" - 14 thread
  
• Mount: A Style 409-R or 410-R Mounting Kit is required

Shakespeare Galaxy Style 5228 8'heavy-duty extended mast-reduced length version is made of high-quality Shakespeare white fiberglass and is matched with the Galaxy antenna. An extension pole with a diameter of 1-1/2 inches can be used to increase the height of the antenna, thereby increasing the effective range, or to place the antenna above an obstacle in the vehicle. If it is greater than 8', the upper support bracket must be used.
